Key Worker - Early Childhood Teacher

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A passion for supporting and inspiring children to reach their full potential.

  • Have expertise in, and a willingness to learn, support planning, delivery, and assessment.

  • The ability to build strong and trusting relationships with children and their families.

  • An understanding and willingness to learn and adapt strategies to assist children who are neurodiverse or have Global Developmental Delays.

  • Exemplary communication skills to be able to build rapport with children, carers, and Allied Health Professionals.

  • An understanding of the Early Childhood Early Intervention component of the NDIS.

    Requirements:

  • Diploma in Children’s Services or a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education

  • Registration with appropriate governing bodies (as dictated by profession)

  • Minimum 2 years proven experience in a workplace setting

  • Confidence in the use of technology

  • A professional, friendly and personable manner

  • Be able to work independently and in group settings

  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

  • Valid Working with Children Check

  • Current Drivers Licence
