Job Description:

We’re looking for motivated, compassionate professionals who are driven to create positive impact within their community (and with individual clients). This role will feature in-home support and community participation. Experience is highly regarded, but not essential.

  • Familiarity or experience working with Neurodivergent individuals and their specific needs, or being open and willing to further learn this space

  • Devotion to providing person-centered support based on individual strengths

  • Motivation to enhance accessibility for clients in various settings

  • Ability to contribute to a harmonious work environment

  • Effective (and flexible) communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Willingness to request necessary support or accommodations

Requirements:

  • Appropriate Qualifications and Experience (in line with Australian Industry Standards, Department of Education NSW and NDIS Registration Guidelines)

  • Registration with appropriate governing bodies (as dictated by profession

  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

  • Valid Working With Children Check

  • Current Drivers Licence
