Job Description:
We’re looking for motivated, compassionate professionals who are driven to create positive impact within their community (and with individual clients). This role will feature in-home support and community participation. Experience is highly regarded, but not essential.

In addition, the candidate should possess the following qualities:
Familiarity or experience working with Neurodivergent individuals and their specific needs, or being open and willing to further learn this space
Appreciation for diversity and respect towards individuals from different backgrounds, needs and perspectives
Devotion to providing person-centered support based on individual strengths
Motivation to enhance accessibility for clients in various settings
Ability to contribute to a harmonious work environment
Effective (and flexible) communication skills, both written and verbal
Honesty and transparency in their work
Confidence to seek clarification when expectations are not clear
Willingness to request necessary support or accommodations
Openness to give and receive constructive feedback
Strong work ethic, showing genuine initiative and self-motivation
Resourceful and adaptable, able to navigate unforeseen challenges

Possession of competencies required for both independent and collaborative work
Requirements:
Appropriate Qualifications and Experience (in line with Australian Industry Standards, Department of Education NSW and NDIS Registration Guidelines)
Registration with appropriate governing bodies (as dictated by profession
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Valid Working With Children Check
Current Drivers Licence
